Bio:
Frank Ricci: is an adjunct instructor for the New Haven Fire Department, Top Rung, Emergency Training Solutions, Middlesex County Fire School and a FDIC hot instructor and lecturer. Frank has been a subject matter consultant for Yale, FDNY, Essex PB&R, Williams Direct Dryers, Friction Force and the DuPont Corporation. Frank is one of the contributing authors of a books entitled Carbon Monoxide Poisoning CRC Press 2008 and Fire Engineerings Firefighter I and II Handbook, PennWell 2008. Frank has worked on a heavy rescue unit covering Bethesda and Chevy Chase MD and was a “student live in” at station 31 in Rockville MD. He was one of the co-authors of CT whistle blower law. He is in his 12th year with the New Haven Fire Department and assiged to Truck 4. He most recently developed the Fire Engineering film “Smoke Showing.” . Frank provides training to the US Military and SWAT teams. Frank’s DVD Firefighter Survival Techniques / Prevention to Intervention and the Live Fire Training in Acquired Structures are available at Fire Engineering Books and Video.
